Every LASER scooter exhaust is specifically designed for a certain engine type. Specialized CAD / CAM engineers create a digital model of each new design.
This design is tested with the use of a computer simulation program. Based on the digitally designed model a first prototype is constructed which will be used for material and performance testing. The exhaust will have to meet the high standards from the LASER R&D test facilities. This results in a perfect fitment, combined with good looks and optimal performance.
